DMCA / Copyright Policy

A valid DMCA notice should include ALL of the following:

1. 1.Your signature — a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. 2.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
3. 3.Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., a URL or specific page reference).
4. 4.Your contact information — including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. 5.A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. 6.A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice as permitted by law. Your counter-notice must include:

• •Your physical or electronic signature.
• •Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• •Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found).

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will:

• •Promptly review the notice and the allegedly infringing content.
• •Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, where appropriate.
• •Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown and provide them with a copy of the notice.
• •Restore the content if a valid counter-notice is received within the statutory timeframe, unless the original complainant files a court action.
