This Addendum supplements the existing agreement between Speak Your Way To Cash® and [Client Name] (the "Base Agreement").
Speak Your Way To Cash® is providing PYWTC Pipeline Pro as a value-added service to the Client.
This service is provided at no additional cost to the Client as part of the Base Agreement.
Speak Your Way To Cash® may: Grant or revoke Client access to the Service at any time. Terminate the Service without notice if the Client violates the Terms of Service.
Speak Your Way To Cash® retains all rights to PYWTC Pipeline Pro. Client has no ownership rights.
Speak Your Way To Cash®'s liability for the Service is limited to the fees paid under the Base Agreement in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $10,000 maximum.
Client's data is protected under Speak Your Way To Cash®'s Privacy Policy and CCPA Addendum (if applicable).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
This Addendum is part of the Base Agreement. If there is a conflict, the Base Agreement governs.
