Terms of Service

Speak Your Way To Cash®  |  Effective Date: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PYWTC Pipeline Pro, including any related websites, software, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • If you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident involving your account.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use, as applicable.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Speak Your Way To Cash® a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise use User Content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service.

User Content Warranty

You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, and share any content you submit through the Service. You agree not to upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related materials, including text, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Speak Your Way To Cash® or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect information from the Service except as expressly authorized.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Use the Service to send spam or other unlawful communications.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Enforcement and Suspension

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Spam Policy, or any applicable law. We may also refer conduct to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

If any portion of the Service is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges when due. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

9. Third-Party Payment Processors

The Service may use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, or other providers) to process payments. You understand and agree that:

  • We are not a party to your agreement with the payment processor, and the payment processor's obligations to you are governed solely by the payment processor's own terms and privacy policies.
  • We do not store your full payment card numbers unless explicitly required and securely handled by our payment processor.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, errors, failures, disputes, or damages caused by the payment processor, including transaction delays, processing errors, account freezes, or fund holds.
  • We are not liable for any payment processor fees, surcharges, or currency conversion charges.
  • Your use of the payment processor is at your sole risk and subject to the payment processor's terms.
  • We may change the payment processor we use from time to time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a payment processor dispute, you must contact the payment processor directly in accordance with their dispute process. Our liability is limited to our own actions and does not extend to the payment processor's acts or omissions.

DMCA / Copyright

Speak Your Way To Cash® respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users must comply with all applicable copyright laws when using the Service, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content that we believe infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speak Your Way To Cash® will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Speak Your Way To Cash®, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
